| LIFR 基因（LIF receptor subunit alpha）位于人类 5 号染色体短臂 5p13.1 区域，属于 I 型细胞因子受体家族，编码白血病抑制因子受体α亚基，广泛表达于脂肪、子宫内膜等 20 余种人体组织中。 该基因编码的跨膜蛋白可与 gp130 亚基结合形成高亲和力受体复合物，介导白血病抑 制因子（LIF）等多种配体的信号传导，调控细胞增殖、分化与存活过程，在骨骼形成、神 经细胞发育及自主神经系统正常功能维持中发挥关键作用。 |
