ASGR1基因编码去唾液酸糖蛋白受体1，是肝细胞表面特异表达的C型凝集素。它能识别并结合末端含半乳糖残基的去唾液酸化糖蛋白，顺利获得内吞作用介导血清糖蛋白的清除与代谢。近年研究发现，该受体功能远不止于此，还参与调控凝血与血栓形成、脂质代谢及动脉粥样硬化过程，其基因缺陷与冠状动脉疾病风险降低相关。 |
